The home office/home library cabinetry pictured above started with a hand drawn sketch provided by a homeowner with the overall design layout they had envisioned. After an in-home consultation and with measurements of the office in hand, we were able to input the design elements from the sketch into our cabinet design software and work with the homeowner until the layout and proportions of each section were perfected. This built in features arched openings at top with molded perimeters, recessed panel onlays, crown molding, a natural maple rolling library ladder, locking file drawers, a mix of fixed and adjustable display/book shelving, wood countertops with molded edging, a cabinet base that matched and tied into the baseboards in the office, and a custom paint job in Benjamin Moore Amazon Green.
